A minimum of 48 hours notice, before delivery or collection date is required. If your order is urgent, please contact us on 01285 644 994 or via our contact form.
Your cupcakes can be collected from us or hand-delivered free of charge within a 10 mile radius of Cirencester, and up to a 25 mile radius for a delivery charge. Please contact usfor more details. Due to the delicate nature of our cupcakes, we are unable to send orders by post, at present.
Please ensure that someone will be there to accept the order as we cannot re-deliver.
We are unable to offer returns or refunds on orders as cupcakes are food goods.
All orders are nut-free, and made in a nut-free environment. Other dietary restrictions can be accommodated. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
All orders will be acknowledged within 24 hours.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card using PayPal. A PayPal account is not needed to process payment. We also accept BACS, online bank transfer and cheque in advance. Payment on collection or delivery is accepted by prior arrangement, please call us on 01285 644 994 to arrange.

Our cupcakes come in many different flavours, and seasonal varieties, all topped off with decadent buttercream frosting and sprinkles. You can choose from our signature range or we can tailor-make your order to your individual requirements. Please do contact us and we can discuss what we can do for you.
