A minimum of 72 hours notice, before delivery or collection date is required. If your order is urgent, please contact us on 01285 644 994 or via our contact form.
Prices do not include delivery. Delivery costs will be advised on order acknowledgement.
Orders for delivery will be hand-delivered between 2 and 5pm. For timed deliveries, please add to special instructions.
Please ensure that someone will be there to accept the order as we cannot re-deliver.
We are unable to offer returns or refunds on orders as cupcakes are food goods.
All orders are nut-free, and made in a nut-free environment. Other dietary restrictions can be accommodated. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
All orders will be acknowledged within 24 hours.
Payment is required at time of your confirmed order.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card using PayPal. A PayPal account is not needed to process payment. We also accept BACS, online bank transfer and cheque in advance. Payment on collection or delivery is accepted by prior arrangement.

Our cupcakes come in many different flavours, and seasonal varieties, all topped off with decadent buttercream frosting and sprinkles.
